Schools that use a Purchase Order system may receive products prior to making payment. Schools need to submit payment by check within 30 days of receiving product.
MATTI Math can work with different Purchase Order systems.

Receive a printable Price Quote
If your school needs a printed Price Quote from MATTI Math in order to approve a Purchase Order, this website can generate one for you immediately. This website's Shopping Cart can be used either to generate a Price Quote or to place an order.
To generate a printable Price Quote:
- On this website's product ordering page, next to the product, enter your desired Quantity and click 'Add to Cart' and 'Check Out.'
- Enter contact information for your school/district.
- Select 'Purchase Order' payment method.
- Enter 'Quote' in the 'Purchase Order #' field, and click 'Process Order.'
- Print the 'Order Record' page and submit it to your school.
Submit a pre-approved Purchase Order
Note: If you used the MATTI Math website earlier to generate a Quote that has now been approved, please see Approve earlier Price Quote.
Use this website's Shopping Cart to enter your P.O. information and create your MATTI Math order. All we need is an approved PO#--you do need to send the printed Purchase Order.
(If you might only be able to mail in your order information, please be aware your order may experience up to a 3-week delay. Please see Send in printed Purchase Order.)
To place a pre-approved Purchase Order online:
- On this website's product ordering page, next to the product, enter your desired Quantity and click 'Add to Cart' and 'Check Out.'
- Enter contact information for your school/district.
- Select 'Purchase Order' payment method.
- Enter your approved PO# in the 'Purchase Order #' field, and click 'Process Order.'
- Print the 'Order Record' page for your records.
If you are ordering--
CD product: We will ship the product to your Shipping Address along with a copy of the Order Record for payment.
Download product: A live ‘Download’ link will appear on your Order Record.
Your school needs to mail payment by check to MATTI Math along with a copy of the Invoice/Receipt within 30 days of receiving the product.
Send in a printed Purchase Order
Many school districts require a school to create a printed P.O. to place an order. Your order can be processed most accurately and quickly if you will enter the information into our website rather than sending the printed form to us, for two reasons:
- Printed Purchase Orders reach another location than where our order handling is done. Relaying the information adds additional time and increases the likelihood of error.
- When you enter the P.O. information into the website, you are prompted to include critical information such as your email address and phone number. This information is often not included on printed Purchase Orders, creating communication problems.
To avoid difficulties, we ask that you use Submit pre-approved Purchase Order instructions.
If you choose option to send in a printed Purchase Order, instead, be aware that processing may be delayed up to 3 weeks. Please use instructions at Mail Orders.
